Hello, My name is Eli Lawrence and I am a junior at U of L. I have my pilots license with an interest in becoming a commercial airline pilot. I also attend U of L in the business school. Two of us already plan to move in to this property on August... 9th however we are looking for 1 additional roommate who is very responsible and professional, to help share the rent in a nice home near U of L in the Highlands. Located at 1804 Stevens Ave near many restaurants and bars within walking distance of Bardstown Rd. and Eastern Parkway.

- The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath that is less than 4 miles from the University of Louisville or less than 1 mile from Bellarmine. .

- It has over 1300 sqft of living space with a large living room, oversized kitchen and even one of the rooms has a large walk-in closet.

- 2 off street parking spots and plenty of parking on street out front.

- Property becomes available August 9th for move in prior to the fall semester starting.

- Gas, Electric and Wi-fi is split between the 3 tenants to manage and pay for monthly.

- Water is included in the rent.

- Washer & Dryer included on site.

- $700 per month rent with a $600 security deposit

- Lease is set up for August 2025 through July 2026

- No Pets allowed, No smokers

- Credit and background check is required
